Visiting Our Trade Counter

Please note that if you are attending our trade counter to buy or sell, you must provide two forms of identification:

  • One form of photographic ID (e.g. passport or photocard driving licence)
  • One proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

Failure to provide the required documentation may prevent us from completing your transaction.

If you are planning to visit us to make a purchase, please call us 1–2 days prior to your journey to avoid any disappointment. Appointments to buy, collect, or sell at our trade counter can be arranged in advance by telephone.

Please note that we work with multiple suppliers, and items shown as "in stock" on our website may not necessarily be available at the trade counter at the time of your visit.
