At Trading Bullion, we aim to dispatch all customer orders promptly and securely. All orders are fully insured in transit and we offer free delivery on every order regardless of value.
Dispatch & Delivery
We target dispatch within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed with a Royal Mail cut-off of 3:00pm will be dispatched the same working day where possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Dispatch confirmation emails — including tracking information for eligible orders — are typically sent around 7:00pm on the day your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Information
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger silver orders (typically over 2kg) may be dispatched using an alternative courier due to Royal Mail weight restrictions. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands.

For orders exceeding £50,000, our customer service team will contact you directly to arrange a dedicated secure courier with full tracking and proof of delivery.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surcharges applied at checkout for standard delivery.
Insurance & Proof of Delivery
All shipments are fully insured in transit. Your order remains insured until it has been signed for at the delivery address. For orders over £2,000, a signature and proof of delivery is required.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or unmanned delivery points for high-value orders.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all orders over £40. Your tracking reference will be included in your dispatch confirmation email, which is sent at approximately 7:00pm on the day your order is dispatched.
Orders under £40 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and do not include tracking.
Remote Locations
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days due to courier routing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
For security reasons, we are unable to redirect orders to an alternative address once dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We ship to the address associated with your payment method wherever possible.
What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?
Royal Mail will leave a delivery attempt notification card and provide instructions for arranging a redelivery or collecting your parcel from your local delivery office. For Special Delivery parcels, a second delivery attempt will usually be made the following working day.
When will my order be delivered?
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1:00pm the next working day. Tracked 24 service is typically next-day but is not guaranteed. Standard 1st Class may take 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order.
